Highly purified, native, type I collagen from human placenta. Useful as a gel or thin coating for the attachment of cells. Facilitates in vitro cultivation of cells and enhances cell-specific morphology and function. The recommended concentration is 0.2-2 μg/cm2 of growth surface.
